Cecilia brings over a decade of experience in stop-motion animation and puppet fabrication to her role on the We Start Creating board. With a background in fine arts and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, she is a natural observer of color, texture, and composition. She has a true design mind—always noticing the small details others might miss—and isn't afraid to offer honest, thoughtful feedback to help ideas grow stronger.

Cecilia is also one of the funniest and sharpest people we know, bringing both insight and levity to every room she’s in. As a parent and advocate for neurodivergent kids, she brings a calming, empathetic presence to our team and our students. Her ability to tune into how people learn, feel, and process the world around them makes her an invaluable part of the We Start Creating mission.
